Vastu is an ancient science and the basic script to check, whether any structure made by the mankind on the earth is correctly built or not?

Vastu is deprived from the word which means an object and thus it signifies that any object, place, building which is built for the use, living of the mankind has to undergo some basic rules and regulations before taking a shape and these rules and regulations should be based on some principles which should not differ from time to time and person to person.

Thus applying the rules and regulations on an object, place, structure in such a manner that helps the mankind for the better living, harmony, good health and wealth in the family is termed as VASTU.

If we talk about the religious books like Ram Charitra Manas, Mahabharta, The holy book Bhagwad Geeta and many others there are many phrases which clearly depicts the importance of the Vastu- Shastra.

Vastu is based on the FIVE ELEMENTS of nature,which are earth, water, fire, Air and sky .here we would like to mention the phrase of Ram Charitra Manas:

" chitti, jal pawak, gagan sameera
panch rachit ati adham shareera"

which states that a human body which is made up of the five elements earth, water, fire, Air and sky is a dead body till the time the soul(Atma) does not control the body. Sameway if we build the house and the construction of the house is not as per the determination of the Vastu the people living there will not get a good health and peace of mind which will create a confusion in the life and the soul will not get the Vastu Shastra is an old Indian science of Architecture. Indian sages created Vastu Shastra for the benefit of the mankind. the rules and regulations of this science of construction, compiles that by constructing properly our villages, towns, cities buildings, shops, offices, factories and industries it enables us to get the maximum benefits of mental peace, health, wealth etc. and make our life happy and ourselves prosperous.
